We will provide the strategic and directional IT guidance or technical know how that they need to succeed and grow. One key reason is that these SME businesses are too small to support a highly qualified Information Technology Executive full-time.

We have assembled a network of time proven IT executives and top technologists and are also actively establishing alliances with a number of hardware, software and service partners who can help in the delivery of process and system changes to your businesses. We will develop and document a business aligned IT strategic plan with you and your management, we will then turn this into a tactical plan and then proceed to implement with you. We will draw upon our experience and the experience of our technology/service partners to ensure that you get the best advice, guidance and solutions.

We will assume responsibility for all aspects of information technology that touches your business be it PCs, networks, telephones, business systems (ERP, CRM, etc), Email, Internet (connectivity and presence), etc. etc. and of course your existing IT people organization. Our aim is to help your business look at itself constructively, to develop a business linked strategic plan and then to help you reposition your IT services and infrastructure for a better tomorrow.
